Our process starts with a detailed consultation with one of our expert jewellery consultants. We'll work closely with you to bring your vision of the perfect piece to life. Once you approve the design, our team will provide a quote for your custom creation.
Beginning with the 4Cs, your knowledgeable diamond and gemstone expert will guide you through the details of each stone. They’ll help you select the perfect gem for your design, ensuring you get the best value for your budget. Once you have all the information, you’ll be ready to choose the stone that brings your dream jewellery to life.
Once a deposit is made, our team will begin crafting your bespoke piece. To help visualize your idea, we can provide CAD designs and 3D renderings of your jewellery. You’ll have the opportunity to make any adjustments to the design until you're completely happy with it. Once you're satisfied and approve the final design, we’ll move forward with production.
After your design is cast, it is meticulously hand-finished by our expert craftsmen in our Hatton Garden workshop. The entire process typically takes four to five weeks, depending on the complexity of your design. We ensure every detail is perfected, so your dream jewellery is truly flawless. Once completed, your piece will be beautifully packaged and delivered straight to your door with the utmost care.
