That's why we entrust every order to the care of Royal Mail's Next Day Delivery service, arriving at your doorstep by 1 PM. For those beyond our borders, a nominal delivery charge may apply. A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your precious package is safe and secure, and your purchase is fully insured until it reaches you. If, for any reason, your package is not signed for; it will be returned to your local sorting office, where it can be collected with proper identification.

Shipping and Handling Costs: Our shipping and handling costs are included in your purchase price, so you won't have to worry about additional fees. If you need to make a return, shipping and handling costs will be covered by us.

Refunds: If you need to return, we will process your refund within 28 business days of receipt of the returned product. We will credit the original payment method for the total purchase amount.

Exchange Policy: If you would like to exchange a product, let us know, and we will assist you. We will cover shipping and handling costs for the exchange.

At Almaas Diamonds, we take immense pride in the artistry and precision of our jewellery. However, should you be less than satisfied with your purchase for any reason, our returns policy is here to provide reassurance. Here are the key details:

  • You have a grace period of 40 days to return your purchase.
  • The jewellery must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition. For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery can only be returned if agreed upon in writing.
  • Ensure to include all original packaging, certificates, and grading reports when making a return.
  • No adjustments were made by anyone other than Almaas Diamonds.
  • Custom commissions, personalised items, and engraved pieces are only eligible for returns if faulty or otherwise agreed in writing.
  • If purchased online, the 40-day return policy applies unless agreed upon in writing at the store.
  • A refund will be processed within 28 days of receiving the returned item, meeting the above conditions.

  • In case of damage or fault, we will repair, replace, or give a full refund in case of damage or fault.
  • Replaced or repaired rings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Manufacturer's Guarantee Guidelines: Ensuring a Worry-Free Experience:

The Care and Maintenance of Your Almaas Diamonds Jewellery As a proud owner of Almaas Diamonds jewellery, you can rest assured that our lifetime warranty protects your piece against any manufacturing defects. To ensure your piece stays in top condition, please keep in mind the following guidelines:

  • The warranty applies only to the original owner of the piece and only covers Almaas Diamonds-made jewellery.
  • Any modifications made by non-Almaas Diamonds jewellers will void the warranty.
  • Regular maintenance is essential. Schedule an inspection with us at least once every two years to keep your piece in shape.
  • If your jewellery experiences trauma, please arrange an inspection as soon as possible. We will advise on the best course of action, even if the warranty does not cover the repair.
  • Please take advantage of our free deep cleaning and check-over services to prevent problems.
  • Issues that arise from normal wear and tear, such as discolouration from exposure to chemicals, bent or worn-out prongs, and lost stones, are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered by the warranty.
